Mike is a highly experienced dentist with a practical approach to patient care. He focuses on delivering reliable, high-quality treatment tailored to each individual, with an emphasis on long-term oral health. Mike has a broad range of experience across general dentistry and takes pride in explaining treatment options clearly, helping patients feel informed and confident in their decisions. He is particularly good with patients who may feel anxious, taking a calm and straightforward approach to put them at ease. We are pleased to welcome the newest member of our team, she is dedicated to providing gentle thorough care and helping patients feel comfortable and at ease during their visits. Outside of the practice she enjoys travelling to Florida where she likes to visit Disney, her friendly manner and attention to detail make her a great addition to the team.

With over 18 years of experience in the field of dentistry, Kerry brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her practice. She began her career as a dental nurse, spending four years honing her foundational skills before pursuing further education. In 2013, she graduated from the University of Liverpool, marking a significant step in her professional journey. Her passion lies in dental hygiene, with a strong emphasis on preventive care. She is deeply committed to educating and motivating patients, helping them achieve optimal clinical outcomes through tailored guidance and support. Known for her gentle and empathetic approach, Kerry combines compassion with a meticulous eye for detail—qualities that consistently shine through in her work. A lifelong learner, she remains at the forefront of her field by regularly attending training sessions and courses to stay updated with the latest techniques and advancements. Outside of her professional life, she cherishes spending quality time with her family, finding balance and joy in both her career and personal life.

Jenny is the friendly and familiar face behind the smooth running of Briercliffe Road Dental Practice. As the Practice Manager, she brings dedication, warmth, and a wealth of experience to both patients and staff. Renowned for her approachable nature and keen attention to detail, Jenny has become a trusted presence for many families who have visited the practice over the years. Outside of work, she is proudly family-oriented and treasures time spent watching her son play football or enjoying cosy movie nights at home. Her favourite film is the festive classic Elf, a fitting reflection of her cheerful spirit and infectious love for laughter.

Meet Tracy, the newest friendly face at Briercliffe Road Dental Practice. With a wealth of experience in the dental world, she’s stepped into her role as receptionist and treatment coordinator with confidence and warmth. Tracy is passionate about making smiles happen—whether she’s guiding patients through their treatment plans or simply brightening their day with a cheerful welcome. Outside of work, Tracy’s energy doesn’t slow down. She’s a regular at the gym, loves exploring the outdoors on a good hike, and unwinds with movie nights filled with laughter—especially comedies and rom-coms. Her enthusiasm and dedication make her a fantastic addition to the team.

Ashlee has been a dedicated dental nurse for over three years, known for her warm and reassuring presence that helps patients feel at ease during their appointments. She’s passionate about creating a positive experience, bringing good vibes and healthy smiles to everyone she meets—ensuring they leave feeling better than when they arrived. Outside of her scrubs, Ashlee is often found at the gym or indulging in her favourite comfort movie, The Notebook—which still brings tears to her eyes, no matter how many times she’s watched it.

Helen joined Briercliffe Road Dental Practice at the beginning of 2025, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for patient care. She qualified as a dental nurse in 2007 and has since dedicated her career to supporting patients through their dental journeys, helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles. With a strong background in implants and oral surgery, Helen continues to expand her knowledge and skills. She is currently studying for her Radiography qualification for Dental Nurses and has enjoyed learning about the new EMS system and how it benefits patients. Outside of work, Helen loves spending time with her family. She and her partner are currently renovating their new home, which they purchased in February. She also enjoys quality time with her sister and niece, often watching Wicked and listening to Taylor Swift on repeat—much to her partner’s dismay!

Maryam has been working as a dental nurse at Briercliffe Road Dentist for the past year, where she finds deep fulfilment in supporting patients through their oral health journeys. She takes pride in helping individuals feel at ease during their visits, especially those who arrive feeling nervous or anxious. For Maryam, one of the most rewarding parts of her role is witnessing the transformation in her patients—seeing them leave with a confident smile and a renewed sense of pride. Outside the clinic, Maryam’s creativity shines in the kitchen. She’s an avid baker who loves experimenting with new recipes (and never skips the taste-testing!). When it’s time to unwind, she’s most likely curled up watching The Holiday—a film she’s happily seen more times than she can count.
